Anduril is a company that will give you many opportunities for high ownership. You can walk your own path, as there are many, and drive huge amounts of impact across a multitude of teams and products. This is a great company for those of all experience levels to grow their skills.
If you'd rather be siloed in your work, or work a cushy 9-5 while not being given ample opportunity to experience and learn from many failures and successes, then this is not the company for you. If you're someone who is highly autonomous and can execute on their work when required, this is your place – we'll quickly recognize these traits early on and it'll be worth it.

The process was quick and the response was fast. Every employee and interviewer I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I applied online, and the recruiter reached out within a few days. The interview process consisted of: * One online coding ro
