After that, there was a similar coding screen with an employee.
Finally, a remote panel interview followed. It consisted of three technical interviews, a single role-related discussion interview, and a culture fit interview.
The questions were difficult but fair. Although somewhat ironic for an AI company, the ban on using AI tooling means you will likely want to practice coding problems without AI.
Google is allowed, but I struggled because I hadn't used Google for coding for about a year. The problems they asked were quite straightforward, so AI would easily solve them.
