Screensharing interview. I was asked to build a todo list app in an hour, and it had to look like the one on TodoMVC. The interviewer seemed very distracted and was talking to other people through the call.
I finished most of the app, but they never got back to me.

A lot of ups and downs, but heading in the right direction

Pros: An open-minded leadership team weathered the company through multiple crises and steered the ship forward.
Cons: Execs are young, and the company changed direction a lot when I was there. There were a lot of wrong senior hires who poisoned the culture. Probably not the best company I've ever worked for, but it doesn't deserve the hate from some other former employees.

Pros: Fully remote if that’s what you’re looking for.
Cons: - Subpar work environment.
- Terrible work/life balance.
- High attrition. People will just disappear one day for one reason or another.
- Bloated product and sloppy codebase.
