The interview process was slow until HR reached out to me. Once the organization HR connected, it was a seamless process. The interviews got scheduled quickly, and all interviews were highly comfortable and rightly scoped.
The interview had 6 stages checking various competencies, i.e.: * HR check * AI coding session * Creating a TODO app from scratch * System design session * Behavioural session * Debugging session
Spent 1.5 months interviewing here and was rejected. The reason given was that I didn't finish the CSS part, which was the last and least important task during the assessment. In general, I completed 9.5/10 requirements, and this was during the secon
