I was asked some basic out-of-order execution questions during the interview. The interviewer wanted me to walk through the OOO execution process. I forgot some details, and it seemed he became upset. I have 6+ years of experience in this field, but it seemed he didn't care about it at all. There was no discussion during the interview. The only thing he wanted was someone who could follow his questions and give him the answers he wanted to hear.
