Process
Quite difficult. A lot of questions that had little to do with each other. The recruiter was, however, very attentive to the business challenges discussed during this call. Thanks to him.

Good Benefits, Bad Managers
Data Engineer • Current Employee
Cupertino, California, United States
July 23, 2016
Pros: Full employees have all benefits as per standard companies.
Overall, it's not a bad company to work for.
Cons: Some of the managers are directly hired from contractor jobs. They usually do not have etiquettes and expect contractors to work day and night, even on weekends.
These managers treat other contractors as their servants and usually lack people management and communication manners.

Tools Cool, Team Spread Thin
Data Engineer • Current Employee
Cupertino, California, United States
December 13, 2023
Pros: An option of tools to achieve a goal. Cool campus.
Cons: Understaffed, work-life balance is mid-bad. It's a hardware-first, technology-second company. Wearing multiple hats sounds like a good opportunity for learning, but there's almost no time to do that with such a broad variety of responsibilities.
