After that, I had two phone interviews with interested managers at Apple, spaced about a week apart. During these phone interviews, it pretty much consisted of me explaining my resume and what I've accomplished. Typically, they were interested in a specific part of my experience and wanted to discuss it further.
In my opinion, if you make it past the first technical interview, you are likely to be hired. The subsequent phone interviews seem to be primarily for placement purposes, as long as you can confidently discuss the content of your resume.
