- 2 initial 1-to-1 technical screens: first structural, second FEA.
- Then self presentation (to 20+ people) followed by design challenge: essentially how to build an FEA model of an iPhone-like structure in response to 2 different loads - bending and drop.
- Then 6 individual technical 1-to-1 interviews covering FEA, structural analysis, materials, dynamics, design, testing, etc.

Work is self-directed (good and bad).
Cons: Lack of career path for engineers.
Very secretive, even internally.
Limited stock grants. It's an old company that doesn't put its cash back into its employees.
