Process

A recruiter reached out to me for an interview. This was a remote screener for a position available in multiple locations. The interview occurred over a Webex call and lasted about an hour. The interviewer explained this would be a multi-interview process, which aligned with my expectations. I had a good conversation and felt I performed adequately on the technical aspects, but was ultimately turned down after the screener.
