Hardware Engineer Interview Experience - Cupertino, California

Process

The entire process took a very long time. Other than a short phone call with the recruiter, I was on-site four times:

  • A 45-minute session with the hiring manager
  • A 45-minute technical session
  • A one-day interview

I was called on-site again later for a 45-minute session because someone could not make it to the one-day interview.

Overall, the experience was good. People were friendly and willing to share about their experiences and the role I was applying for (despite the fact that they have to keep many things confidential...).
