Process

A recruiter called me and set up an interview with the hiring manager. He liked me and wanted me to speak with two others on the phone.

They flew me out to Cupertino for some onsite interviews, which consisted of seven back-to-back whiteboard sessions.

The phone interviews were mostly about debugging skills and programming, while the onsite interview questions focused on thoughtful design challenges.
