I met the interviewer at a campus fair and gave them a copy of my resume. The interview was conducted over the phone.
It lasted 30 minutes and included several technical questions. There were also some questions on past projects and resume material, if I recall correctly.

Pros: Got a chance to work on a real product that everyone can recognize and will be used by millions of people.
Cons: Some teams can work long hours, which can be hectic. Also, secrecy is very important in the company culture and policy, which can be inconvenient just because it causes greater isolation between work and personal life.
