Two phone screens and one full day on-site, where I met with 8 people.
It was a long day, with a potential meeting with the VP if the on-site went well.
HR provided updates on a weekly basis throughout the interview process.

Pros: Great atmosphere. Helpful colleagues. Lots of enthusiasm. Helpful management with lots of training. Some opportunities for advancement. Fair compensation for work duties. Compensation is not based on commission. Large company, great medical/dental/vision plan, company match 401K program.
Cons: In my opinion, you are just a number. My manager doesn't focus much on her employees. She is too busy for her own employees.
