Pros: Good pay and benefits, like any big tech.
Work is interesting, with massive resources at disposal.
They can afford to hire the best, so coworkers are generally very smart and capable.
Machine-like organizational efficiency.
Cons: They don’t care about taking care of people regardless of past contributions. If you’re not buddy-buddy with management at least two levels above yourself, good luck advancing or getting support with extended illness.
At the end of the day, you’re working a lot to make money and build phones.
