Process

A recruiter from Apple reached out to me via LinkedIn. After a brief discussion over the phone, my resume was forwarded to the hiring managers in each department.

Several phone interviews took place over the next few weeks, discussing my background, which led to an on-site interview in Cupertino, CA.

The on-site interview consisted of approximately 9 individual interviews, each lasting about 30 minutes. During these interviews, members of the team brought in sample parts and asked me to describe the best way to manufacture each part.

Questions

Describe how you would make this part.

I would first:

  • Prepare the ingredients.
  • Mix the components.
  • Bake the mixture.
