Maps Quality Analyst Interview Experience - Austin, Texas

Process

The screening process consisted of three parts: a typing test, a practical test, and then a Skype interview with a manager at Apple. The manager, Diana, was very rude and impersonal. She interrupted me mid-sentence to ask if I was chewing gum, which I found to be condescending. She also did not smile and spent only about five minutes total interviewing me, as she complained that her speakers were echoing. She also criticized my resume, which had been formatted and critiqued by a professional resume-building company.
