The interview process involved several stages:
- HR phone screen
- Technical phone screen
- Technical project creation and presentation
- On-site panel interview
- On-site presentation
- Wrap-up
It was a multi-stage process, and with multiple internal groups, there was a lack of communication regarding expectations for the interview. I was not made aware that I was to give a presentation once on-site.

Cons: Workload can be staggering, especially if things go wrong, as teams are surprisingly small. There are lots of calls with Asia around dinner time.
