I went through a phone screening and a phone interview. I never went on to the on-site interview, but some friends who did told me it involved a presentation on how to solve a problem they described.
Questions
The hardest question they had was about the design of a weird U-shaped wrench, and which cross sections I would use for the different parts of the wrench.
