I went through a phone screening and a phone interview. I never went on to the on-site interview, but some friends who did told me it involved a presentation on how to solve a problem they described.

The interview was quite technical. I was asked many questions about material properties, strength of materials, and some non-technical behavioral questions about my resume, such as accomplishments I had.

Phone interviews, technical interviews, and behavioral interviews were conducted. The interviewer was very standoffish and responded to my answers in a way that made me question myself (even when I was right).
