A brief phone conversation with a recruiter. Then, a phone conversation with the HR recruiter for the department. Next, two phone interviews with the hiring manager. Following that, an onsite interview with managers and senior managers in the group. Finally, a second onsite interview with managers, directors, and senior directors in the group.

Questions

Every interviewer asked me to talk through my resume for five minutes, basically asking me to tell my story.

Technical managers within my group asked me to perform exercises based on the required skills listed in the job description.
