The first time I spoke with a manager, it was over the phone. They sent someone else to speak with me next, and I experienced a network disconnect on February 1st.
He never reconnected.
I had to speak with the recruiter, and the recruiter "convinced" him to set another appointment.
I received a "voicemail" without a missed call, and when I tried to call back, there was no response.
Last week, he contacted me and passed me again.
I just finished the onsite interview again. I was supposed to be interviewed for 6-7 hours.
I discovered they had my resume from 5 years ago. I updated my resume and provided the recruiter with the newest version.

Same thing happened to me. I interviewed onsite for two hours, then the recruiter told me, "no more interviews, because you are not a good fit."
This was given that I interviewed for the same job that I am doing now.
They canceled the remaining 5 interviews. The decision was made by 1 or 2 people, so why would they schedule a 7-hour interview?
Why didn't they call me by phone to tell me "no, don't come" earlier?
The questions were "gentle" and "nothing" was bad.
What I didn't expect is they have a four-year-old resume of mine?
I found it difficult telling them that I am another person now.
