The interview process was in three stages.
The first interview was with a recruiter and lasted for 15-20 minutes.
After a week, the recruiter scheduled an interview with a director. This phone interview lasted for 30 minutes and was a positive, good discussion.
I didn't hear anything back for 3-4 weeks. Then, suddenly, the recruiter reached out, saying they would like to schedule another 30-minute phone interview with a manager.
The phone interview went well again. The manager asked me more technical questions, and for 10 minutes, I was given a case study, which we discussed from multiple angles. I asked questions and provided my input. I felt it went great.
I was waiting for a response from the recruiter after this but never heard back. I'm not exactly sure what they are looking for.
