I had two phone screens with the hiring manager and a teammate. They asked questions about my research background and knowledge of reliability principles.
The overall vibe was casual, and I thought the interviews went well. However, I was not selected, and I was told they had moved on with other candidates.
The phone screens included a couple of technical questions, so it's good to study before the interview.
