Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Paris, France
Process
After submitting my CV on the website in response to an advertisement, I was contacted directly by the team leader, who invited me for a coffee on the premises.
Following this initial one-hour one-on-one meeting, a full day of on-site interviews is organized. This includes 8 interviews: 6 technical, 1 management, and 1 HR.
Each technical interview begins with a brief discussion, followed by a simple technical question, then a more complex one. A final discussion takes place if time permits.
Depending on the interviewers, the interviews are conducted either in French or in English.
After this day of interviews, a final phone interview with American management is organized.
