Typical process: phone screen followed by a full-day panel.
There was a lot of confusion after the interviews. I was first told there wouldn't be an offer, then after a couple of weeks, the recruiter called me to give me a verbal offer. Two days later, they emailed me to say the offer was gone again.
I think only Apple, among the big tech companies, is so chaotic.
