Process
The initial phone screening went very well, but the onsite interview was a different story.
While there were a few affable individuals, the overall interview was disorganized.
The manager clearly spent no time divvying up topics. As a result, I sat through six hours of the same questions repeated over and over.
A couple of interviewers clearly did not want to be there.
The manager appeared burned out and listless. My contacts confirmed a sweatshop atmosphere, so I wasn't surprised.
