Pros: 1. People are knowledgeable and helpful.
2. Great benefits, like 401K match and discounts on Apple products.
3. Gives the feasibility to work in diverse pipelines. That way you are not restricted to either only backend or frontend, or to a specific coding language.
Cons: 1. It gets hard to maintain work-life balance at times.
2. May be stuck in recurring work depending on the team.
3. Sometimes, the product discounts that you can get via 3rd party sellers are pretty high, which crosses your one-time 25% discount as well.
