Next, you have a call with two engineers from the team. They never provided feedback on the assignment. One engineer joined late without explanation, and their video was off. The audio quality was poor as well.

During the call, that engineer repeatedly interrupted while you were trying to answer. They asked the same question multiple times, rephrasing it slightly without explaining why the previous answers were insufficient. This created a badgering tone. The combination of no video for facial expression and poor audio quality exacerbated the situation.

Additionally, they asked one inappropriate question and one of those puzzle-type questions that have no correlation with job performance.
