I had two rounds, each of which were behavioral interviews with engineering team managers. There were no technical questions.
Both interviews were very laid-back, and they seemed to be looking for enthusiasm and team fit.

Pros: Very clean place, many talented coworkers, great competition, great salary, and interesting projects.
Cons: Management is a bit conservative, fairly reactive. Depending on your manager, the project can be real engineering or just documenting all day.
