This was definitely harder than my more standard interviews at other big companies (Facebook, Microsoft).
It seemed more specific and hard to prepare for.
The interviewers knew their stuff, and the questions were specific to the role I interviewed for.

Pros: Overall good experience, nice perks.
Cons: They should consider full remote work. Being obliged to come three days a week to the office is not necessary at all, especially for a tenured engineer.
