Process
My first interview was at a campus career fair. They asked simple resume questions and about techniques I use.
Two months later, I had a second interview with a SWE manager. They also asked resume questions, but more deeply, which I did not answer well.
Their team matching system is extremely inefficient. The waiting is very long, and the match is not ideal.
The second interview asked for totally different skillsets from my first one. It was frustrating.
