Pros: From all the tech companies I've worked at, Apple has consistently strived for software quality above and beyond. Their QA teams are significantly larger than most companies/brands I've had the experience working for. Great experience to witness the gold standard in QA processes and tools, including utilizing Radar, Apple's proprietary bug tracking tool. Industry-leading ESOP (employee stock option package). Senior management is a bit too driven to lead versus order/command.

Cons: Despite being a huge company, they are light on the perks.

Pros: The team is good, and the manager is pretty friendly. The workload isn't always big. The hybrid working situation is pretty nice. The product itself is pretty impactful.

Cons: But the onboarding experience is pretty terrible. Without too much one-on-one training, they really need to focus on onboarding. Also, the office is pretty bad: no free food, free snacks, or free lunch. Bruh. Also, there is not even a nap room. Not everyone works like a robot, man.

Pros: People at Apple are mostly very excited about their work and the products they produce. The campus is nice, with great perks and a laid-back work atmosphere. The secrecy of Apple makes working there feel perhaps more important than it otherwise would.

Cons: Long hours are certainly a downside if you have a family, but at least the hours are flexible. The offices are not as colorful as Google's, but feel more natural and less forced-cute.
