I had four separate onsite interviews over a three-month span. I met with over 15 different engineers and also had to give a technical presentation.
Recruiters were bad at communicating.
In the end, I was told I had the technical skills and was a good cultural fit, but did not have the desired experience. I'm not sure why I was even interviewed so in-depth if experience was the issue. That could have been ruled out from my resume.
