I was supposed to have a 20-30 minute phone interview. The hiring manager was 10 minutes late.
She asked me 5 to 6 questions. It felt like she was rushing, so the entire interview only lasted 10 minutes.
I was prepared to ask questions, but she said she was running late for another meeting. I did not feel that I was given a chance to sell my skills and experience.
As much as I wanted to ask her about the position and the company, I did not even bother asking.
Per my recruiter, they already started the phone interviews earlier that week, and mine was towards the end of the week. I knew my chances were slim to none.
