Good Company, bad work-life balance

Pros: Highly talented group of people, cutting-edge technologies, ready to make compromises to meet employer needs.
Cons: Expect a lot of work.

Chaotic Growth, Generous Pay
Verification Engineer • Current Employee
Jerusalem, Jerusalem, Israel
January 13, 2021
Pros: The lack of organization and support, high-pressure work, and an "all-work-no-play" culture means that within a few years here, you will be independent and really good at your job. Compensation is generous for invested employees, and the products themselves are interesting to build.
Cons: Most engineers are professional and helpful, but there is no training culture or push for code methodology apart from general product-related guidelines. These subjects are left to the manager's discretion.
So there is too much room for improvement in work efficiency, causing actual work to slow to a crawl. It's like the Israel section is still recovering from its chaotic time as a bunch of startups stitched together.
