The first round was a phone screening. It went really well.
The topics covered were SystemVerilog, computer architecture, and OOPs concepts.
The second round was a C coding interview. It was really hard. I couldn't get it to work within 45 minutes.

Pros: The lack of organization and support, high-pressure work, and an "all-work-no-play" culture means that within a few years here, you will be independent and really good at your job. Compensation is generous for invested employees, and the products themselves are interesting to build.
Cons: Most engineers are professional and helpful, but there is no training culture or push for code methodology apart from general product-related guidelines. These subjects are left to the manager's discretion.
So there is too much room for improvement in work efficiency, causing actual work to slow to a crawl. It's like the Israel section is still recovering from its chaotic time as a bunch of startups stitched together.
