Nice coworkers, good coffee, location - centre of Barcelona.
The attitude from top management is horrible and cold.
The company DOES NOT practice what they preach; it is all lies. The "family" atmosphere lasts only until you say or ask for something the managers do not approve of or like.
They demand you delete communication channel posts by standing behind you if they are not appropriate according to them. They try to shut you down as soon as you have said something or criticized their approach by calling you into a small office and intimidating you.
They do not help with reaching targets. All talks about how to improve KPIs are basically not welcome, so people whisper in corners, helping each other.
They force weekly team meetings to "build team" even though there is nothing to do there. We have to play stupid, kindergarten-level card games, but we are not welcome to discuss KPIs or performance questions.
Also, there are almost no career opportunities in Spain, so do not expect any.
The world's richest company did not give a penny, bonus, or presents for Christmas/New Year – absolutely NOTHING!! They are so cheap and hypocritical!
The management refuses to reply in writing; they only give instructions verbally to avoid having responsibility later.
They did not raise salaries for 2024 according to inflation, explaining that "it is already above the market."
Just DO NOT! Apple is a stingy, oppressive, and human-unfriendly employer who do not care about their employees at all, at all!!
My worst life experience; they, the board, and Mr. Cook should be ashamed of themselves!
It makes no sense to advise anything, as they simply do not care.
They made me feel really comfortable, though I was very nervous. I was given the space to make myself feel at ease and answer the questions. So, I'd say it was a great experience.
A recruiter reached out to me and set a screening call for about 30 minutes. If you're qualified, you will do a language test and then an interview with the annotation team leads.
A recruiter reached out based on my profile. I applied and passed an initial phone screen with the internal recruiter, then progressed to language testing for the role, but was not selected to continue in the process.
