My opinion after one year at Apple as an AI/ML Annotation Analyst

- Incompetent team leaders
- The interactions between colleagues don't exist
- Not enough straight-to-the-point explanations for the job
- Useless Apple meetings that last 45 minutes, explaining points that make no sense, that can be taken to answer amounts of questions asked by a lot of colleagues about relevant points in the actual job
I would definitely keep an extra eye on what is happening at Apple Corporate Barcelona. A lot of my ex-colleagues quit their jobs because the management is really poor. The team leaders don't give enough time to better understand what's going on and don't care about the well-being and promotion path of their team.
