Great discount on Apple products. Health coverage is really good. Pay is decent for the job. Job is quite easy. You get to work Monday and Friday from home. Since recently, you get to work 4 weeks a year from wherever you want in Ireland. Canteen is not free but is not too expensive and really good generally. For this particular job, you get to work in the city centre.
Job is ultra repetitive. Stressful with regard to the daily target you have to hit, otherwise you're good for a 1-on-1 with your TL. Might be a pro for extravert people, but for introverts like myself, the constant ongoing corporate cringe is annoying and exhausting. Career progression seems limited.
They made me feel really comfortable, though I was very nervous. I was given the space to make myself feel at ease and answer the questions. So, I'd say it was a great experience.
A recruiter reached out to me and set a screening call for about 30 minutes. If you're qualified, you will do a language test and then an interview with the annotation team leads.
A recruiter reached out based on my profile. I applied and passed an initial phone screen with the internal recruiter, then progressed to language testing for the role, but was not selected to continue in the process.
