Fast pace, a lot of talented people to work with, and great access to cutting-edge technologies if you are interested in that.
Office politics. Management does not always know what they are doing. Hiring for the sake of hiring; a lot of unnecessary hiring.
Focus more on employee career development.
I was referred by a current employee. After two weeks of submitting my resume, I was contacted by a recruiter from Apple. The phone screening interview was scheduled with the hiring manager three days after.
Overall smooth. Had 3 interviews: one behavioral and 2 technical. Heavy system design and debugging. Interviewers were nice, standard interview format with an introduction and then mostly technical questions. Some OOP concepts needed as well.
It was a pretty standard big tech interview process. At a high level, it had the following steps: * Recruiter call * Hiring Manager screen * Technical phone screen * Onsite
