I applied for a software engineering position and had interviews three times. Two were via Teams video, and one was in person. It was a really great experience, and I hope the results will come back positive.

The interviews are known to be mostly hard, but it turns out if you prepare enough, it is not that difficult. I think communication is the key in the interview process.
