Compensation growth within Apple can be lacking, depending on teams. "The first review after promo you're never allowed to get anything above a 6/9 -- it's a [ORG] thing." Not the greatest WLB. Try-hard, work-hard culture (lots of emails and communication from everyone outside of work hours).
