- Mo-Fr, 8-4:40 shifts
- Plenty of additional hours to take to add more salary
- Administrative support, chill contact center, only 3-4 calls per hour
- Having to multitask (email and phone at the same time).
- Micromanagement, being very strict with time and breaks.
- Feeling a bit stuck career-wise working in Apple's contact center.
