I applied online, and a recruiter emailed back shortly afterward to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. The process was smooth and involved general questions. If I was able to advance to the next step, they sent a project to work on.

Applied online. Received an email days later requesting a phone interview. Passed the phone interview and was offered the design challenge. Completed the design challenge and then had an interview with the team.
