Pros

Diverse. Lots of opportunities to do new things. Encouraging people. Lots of independence. Fully remote for now.

Cons

Contract workers are kept separate from Apple employees when in person. Contract workers get paid significantly less than employees.

Advice to Management

Essential contract workers should be able to become full-time employees if they show their worth, instead of becoming long-term vendors.
