In total, there were 2 interviews. The process was very quick. Questions were standard and not very technical, more so about teamwork, problem-solving, etc. Heard back within 2 weeks. Overall, a good process.

First, an HR interview with some behavioral and area of interest questions. Then, a technical interview dives deeper into the specific role. The response time for the entire interview process was fast.

Awesome growth opportunity. I learned so much about CNC and GD&T. I thought the interview was easy but didn't get the offer. I highly recommend trying for a job at Lockheed.
