Pros

Working at Apple gave me the opportunity to be part of a globally recognized and respected brand. The strong brand reputation opened many doors when working with clients and partners, and I was proud to represent a company known for innovation and quality.

Cons

While Apple is an incredible brand, I found the organizational culture to be quite closed and siloed. Information sharing between teams was sometimes limited, and decision-making could be centralized, which made it difficult to move quickly or collaborate freely across functions.
