Average base salary by industry. RSUs might double your salary every few years. (Given in September, 4 years vesting time - 12.5% every 6 months).
Bad atmosphere. Manager is hyper-protected even after multiple official complaints. Mainly following headquarters' plan. Bad HR representation. Almost no company benefits. Constant chaos regarding infrastructure (building). Infrastructure is bad (except for the electric height-adjustable office desk).
