It could be a lot better, but upper management is oblivious to poor internal politics
Is a company with complete benefits, and compatible salaries and bonuses.
The internal move is a shady maneuver, with no clear path for HW career growth. The lack of a CTO leaves HW people in limbo. Absurd "silo" internal politics.
It's up to you to change the way business is conducted at Apple, stop the silo back-stabbing internal politics, and learn how to work in true partnership.

Principal Engineer
Recruited through a referral. Skyped with the recruiter. Went through a phone interview and then had a face-to-face with the recruiter. After a week, I had an interview with the Director. It was a very complex interview process, with five rounds.
