Travel (also a con) as a PQE. You will travel all over the place that product is manufactured. Most of it in China, but a few trips to Europe if your product requires it.
Good pay, great benefits. Management quality is a hit or miss, so YMMV (your mileage may vary).
Travel (also a pro). Managers depend on your skills or vary; some organizations will be great, others not so much. They focus more on pleasing leadership, having unnecessary spin, and constantly creating slide decks that are cut last minute because the deck was too dense.
Focus on your people and stop trying to please leadership. Leadership will be happiest when good product is produced as a result of your people under you being happy to work.
Push back on the culture to constantly create endless slide decks just because the OPMs want to have something to report when there is literally nothing to report.

I received a cold contact through LinkedIn. The personnel manager was very nice and accommodating of my work schedule and the time zone difference. The initial interview was more to determine if: 1. I was willing to move to CA. 2. I was willing to
The interview process was in three stages. The first interview was with a recruiter and lasted for 15-20 minutes. After a week, the recruiter scheduled an interview with a director. This phone interview lasted for 30 minutes and was a positive, goo
